French Michelin-starred master chef Jean-Marie Meulien has specially created this recipe for the classic Pesto Genovese for Oliviers & Co.
This Pesto Genovese is packed with a specific black basil from Genoa, Parmigiano Reggiano, sublime extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and the secret twist, cashew nuts.
The result is a creamy, rich with fresh pesto that is perfect for making everyday food much more delicious. Use it for breakfast on toast, in good sandwiches and on rye bread, for pasta dishes, as a sauce for meat and fish, drizzled over a good pizza and of course with cheeses and charcuterie.
